| Hey, I'm still peeking in. Where have you been?  Decemberweenmas was good to go on my end. Last year, we made Christmas ratatouille. This year, we made Christmas borscht. It was good, and I took some photos of it. And as soon as I can find the USB cable that connects my camera to my CPU, I'll be showing said borscht photos. So how did your Yule go?  | |

Work sucked.
Dinner was great because I had a commercial kitchen to take advantage of.
We didn't get presents, but we did give them.
Kayleb got some early gifts. A few bibs, a teddy bear, some clothing items.

That's exactly why I will, at times, pause my typing and mash Ctrl+A and Ctrl+C in quick succession while I'm typing something big and long. I've had far too many times where I've accidentally mashed F5, F10 or the Back clickie on my mouse while I'm typing, thus completely derezzing whatever essay-length post I happened to be typing. It only takes half a second (plus an extra second for you to put your cursor back to where you left off); do that and you can just page back to the text editor, mash Ctrl+V and cut your losses.  - Wraith wrote:
