The following are the Skill Sets to be awarded to all Shapeshifters in the Vale upon meeting the postcount required for stated Skill.

Skill:
Copy Cat

Class:
Ability

Description:
This allows the Shapeshifter to gather information on any animal they touch.
The genetic code is passed from the animal to the shapeshifter
and they store it in their memory. This Skill is active at all times and is
as easy and second nature as breathing to this race.

Skill:
Feral Aura

Class:
Activated

Description:
This is an activated Skill which allows the Shapeshifter to exude an
animal-like aura which makes people believe that a feral animal is near.
It attaches to an enemy's nerves and plays with their mind, making
them believe that a ferocious beast is about to attack. Stronger
minds will see through the illusion and it lasts for about 30 secs. Just
long enough for the Shifter to flee. Extended use will result in nausea
and sever pain in the head.

Partial Shift

Class:
Ability

Description:
This skill can either be activated or used at all times. This allows the
Shifter to choose one animal (once this is chosen it cannot be
changed) and certain aspects of the Shifter will change to
accomodate that species. IE: Claws, fangs, fins, flippers... etc. There
is no penalty for extended use, except perhaps the possibility of
going feral.

Feral Roar

Class:
Activated

Description:
This skill is activated. When used it releases a feral roar from deep
within the Shifter's throat. After the roar is sounded, the Shifter's
innate abilities, strength, speed and agility are increased 20 fold for a
period of fifteen minutes. After using this Skill, the shifter is left
unconscious and requires half a day to recover.

Skill:
Copy Cat Shift

Class:
Activated

Description:
This Skill is activated. This allows the Shapeshifter to shift into any being
that has had the Copy Cat skill used on them. This is any animal that
the Shapeshifter has come into contact with. The Shifter can only 'shift'
for a short amount of time (until stronger in their abilities) and requires
a tremendous amount of energy. Afterwards, the Shifter is weak and
vulnerable to attack.

Skill:
Increase/Decrease Size

Class:
Activated

Description:
This Skill is activated. This allows the Shapeshifter to either increase
or decrease their overall body mass. There are limitations, however.
A shapeshifter can only decrease in size 5x their body mass (approximately
to the size of a mouse) and the same goes for increasing (approximately
to 8 feet.)
This requires energy and can only be used sparingly. Overuse can
affect the shapeshifter's abilities to change shape and result in
nausea and blacking out. Please note, a shapeshifter can only use this
Skill when 'Shifting'.

Sonic

Class:
Activated

Description:
This Skill is activated. This allows the Shapeshifter to send
out a sonic vibration through his/her feet. This vibration,
depending on strength, can topple foes, loose rocks or
create earthquakes. This skill can only be used sparingly
and can result in nausea and uncontrolled shaking (eternally).

Decoy

Class:
Activated

Description:
This Skill is activated. This allows the Shapeshifter to create
an exact body double of him/herself. This double has limited
intelligence and can only obey two simple commands. This
double will only last until a fatal blow is delivered to it. It
requires energy to release but requires no energy to maintain.
It does, however, when 'killed' give the original shifter the
equivalent pain of its death through a mental link.

being communicated with does not need to have this Skill
to hear the Shifter communicating. However, they do need
it to answer back. This requires no discernable energy.
