Sorry I haven't been around but its been hectic in my life lately. Ugh... I won't get into the details but I haven't been online in ages. I get home and sleep pretty much. My days off consist of running around with my head metaphorically cut off....

LOL.

Anyways, my day was ok. I had the day off, so that's good. I bought myself Golden Sun for Nintendo DS. The latest one. Its really good rings all the right chords on my nostalgia board

Can't rightly remember the rest of the day Oh... my mother surprised me and cooked dinner Always a plus!

Hey, I can relate. For some reason, this year's summertime seems more hectic than last year's. I'm just holding out for autumn.

I'll see if I can spend some time with y'all tonight, though. Someone tell Jazzy that I might actually be able to host another Gametable night tonight. That "someone" would be Drak, of course.

But it's nice that someone actually remembered my birthday.

My entire family forgot it... and it was my 25th too!

I got really sick and was bedridden for the last week. You never actually know what 'bedridden' is until it happens to you, huh? Oh well, it was horrible and i was only able to begin work again a few days ago. So my birthday I was sitting in bed and sniffling - resting so I didn't get sick again.

Maybe I'll get some knives for christmas. My apprenticeship officially finishes then Might go celebrate! LOL!

Thanks for the birthday wishes. That's really cool. As for my work, they were willing to keep me, but my pay was sucky and my hours were going down. I loved it there, but it became too 'samey' and I was also not learning anything new. I couldn't progress further without someone higher up losing their job.

But good news, I might be heading into a management role at my new place. They are currently 'grooming' me. lol.

I actually had the best birthday that I can remember. My family and I went to Sydney for the day did some pretty cool stuff all ending in a night of unlimited ten pin bowling and crappy arcade food lol! It was awesome! The first of many birthdays I get to share with my little angel.

Erm knives. Right. They are currently all in a jumble in the garage. (I swear). My business folded and I've had to store all of the restaurant's surplus in my garage.... its not pretty. I've got two freezers full of beer battered fries.... I hardly get to wield my culinary skills much these days. Kayleb is still on a pretty harsh feeding schedule and not on solids yet. Its exhausting. But fun... so so fun! Wouldn't trade it for anything!

We were getting rather worried for you. Welcome back. Even though our day-to-day lives should always take precedence over our internet lives, we appreciate you taking the time to return to us.

So how long ago did your business fold? Do you have any other plans for future employment, or have you decided to be a stay-at-home mother and housewife for now?

Well, I don't have plans on opening another place. Not until I have things under better control. I found it hard to split my time and energy.

I will eventually be going back to work. Bills will keep coming. But for the foreseeable future I am well off enough to be able to kick back and spend some quality time with my son. I need to spend time with my husband too. I've neglected him terribly
